Hemel Vineyard Church started in September 2013. It is a church plant from the Vineyard Church in St Albans, where the founders James and Cathryn Barringer had been members for a number of years. It started with just a handful of people, has grown and is growing.
"Hemel Vineyard Church was planted out of the call, we felt to ‘church planting’, and particularly Hemel Hempstead. We love the Vineyard family, it feels like home! We wanted to be a church here in the place where we live, believing that Jesus wants to meet with us in different ways and places, and that Vineyard in Hemel will be a place for others to come to Him and a place to call home too."
